GATE Admit Card 2023 – Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur has released the notice for the GATE Examination to be held on 04-12 February 2023, the admit card/ Call Latter for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering will be issued on the official website of gate.iitk.ac.in. Will be able to download the GATE Admit Card/ Hall Ticket from the official website of gate.iitk.ac.in.
The Admit Cards for GATE 2023 would be available for download on the GATE 2023 website of IIT Kanpur only. No printed copy of the Admit Cards will be posted to the candidates.

About GATE 2023
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national examination conducted to test the comprehensive understanding of the candidates in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering / Technology / Architecture and both undergraduate and post-graduate level subjects in Arts, Commerce and Science. GATE 2023 will be conducted for 29 subjects (also referred to as “papers”) and it would be distributed over 04-12 February 2023.
The GATE 2023 examination is conducted in different cities across India as well selected cities in the countries of Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, and UAE. The examination would be a Computer Based Test (CBT)

How to Download GATE Admit Card 2023
- GATE Admit Card will be issued on 09 January 2023, candidates who are enrolled for GATE Exam can download their admit card from official website gate.iitk.ac.in.
- Step 1 : Firstly go to the GATE official Website gate.iitk.ac.in.
- Step 2 : You click on GATE Admit Card option on the home page.
- Step 3 : Now you have to fill your details like Application Number, Password & Security Pin or Click on Download Admit Card option.
- Step 4 : In this way your GATE Admit Card will be downloaded.
Instructions for the GATE Admit Card 2023
Admit Card can ONLY be downloaded from the GATE 2023 website from 9th January 2023. Admit Cards will NOT be sent by post or as an e-mail attachment.
Candidates must bring a print-out of the downloaded Admit Card on A4 sized paper to the Examination for the verification along with the original and valid photo Identity Document (NO photocopy / scanned copy / an expired document), which was specified during the filling up of the online application (for example: Aadhaar-UID, Passport, PAN card, Voter ID and Driving License).
The Admit Card is valid IF and ONLY IF the candidate’s photograph and signature images are clear and legible. The photograph on the Admit Card and that in the valid photo identity document SHOULD match with the appearance of the candidate on the day of examination. To ensure this, print the Admit Card on an A4 sized paper using a laser printer, preferably in colour. Both, the GATE 2023 Admit Card and Original ID proof are essential for entry into the examination hall.
