CITS CTI Admission 2022 Check Eligibility, Exam Schedule

About CITS/ CTI – The Objective of the Craft Instructor Training Scheme is to train Instructor traineesin the techniques of transferring handson skills, in order to train semi-skilled/skilled manpower for industry. Structure of the training programme is so designed that Comprehensive training both in skills and training methodology is imparted to the instructor trainees to enable them to be conversant with techniques of transferring hands-on skills andto train skilled manpower for the industry.

At present craft instructors are trained in 41 Trades and the training is conducted in 32 National Skill Training Institutes (NSTI), 6 State Government Institute of Training of Trainers (IToT) and 12 Private Institute of Training of Trainers. 38 Govt. ITI s from various States were converted into Govt. IToTs for conducting CITS from the session 2022 onwards.

These courses are conducted under the aegis of National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT). On successful completion of the course trainee shall be awarded Craft Instructor Training Certificate by NCVT recognized by Government of India. A candidate trained in CITS scheme can: –

• Work as instructor in Industrial Training Institutes and impart efficient Skill Training
• As a certified Instructor, He / She can Impart training under any skill development short term and long term scheme.
• Work as training coordinators in Industries for workers
• Compete with global training in the field of vocational training.
• Prepare Written Instructional Materials (WIM) for Vocational Training

CITS / CTI Eligibility Qualification

• NTC/NAC (NCVT certificate in relevant trade) or Diploma / Degree from a recognized Board of Technical Education/University or equivalent.
• SCVT candidates are also eligible.
• *CoE candidates are NOT eligible.

CTI AICET Examination Pattern

The online entrance examination will be of two hours’ duration and the question papers for the entrance test will be of the following pattern:

• 75% questions of objective type (multiple choice type) of ITI level related to the trade applied for admission.
• 25% questions of objective type pertaining to Aptitude (Logical, Numeric and Reasoning).

How to Apply CITS CTI Admission Online Form 2022

• Check Eligibility from Official Notification and Eligible Candidate Can Apply for CITS CTI Admission 2022.
• Fill the application form : Start your application process for Craft Instructor Training CTI Admission 2022-23 by providing your basic details such as name, contact number, email id etc.
• Upload your photograph and signature in the required format as provided.
• Pay your Application Fee through Online Payment Option, i.e. through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
• Click on Submit Button. Your application form will be submitted successfully.
• After paying the exam fee you can successfully submit your application form.
